⚠️ IMPORTANT
TL;DR: Trainers are companion NPC coaches that stand beside you while training. Unlike soccer balls (which boost Cash and Luck), Trainers specifically boost Energy gained per training rep. They use a completely separate equipment slot, allowing you to equip both a Ball and a Trainer simultaneously.

1. What Trainers Do: Station Assistance

When you step onto a training station, your Trainer activates beside your avatar:

  • Base Rep Multiplication: The Trainer applies an additive or percentage multiplier to every kick rep while on the station.
  • Reaching Tiered Stations: Because higher stations require 1,000, 10,000, and 125,000 Energy to enter, having a strong Trainer cuts the time required to qualify for new stations by up to 80%.
  • Synergy with Pets: Trainer bonuses compound with the flat Energy values provided by your equipped pet team.

2. Confirmed Trainers Catalog

The following Trainers have been observed in official gamepasses and creator gameplay:

Trainer World Availability Acquisition Known Boost Source Tier
VIP Trainer World 1 (Lobby) Included in VIP Pass (150 R$) High starter Energy multiplier Official (A-Level)
Body Builder Man World 1 / Advanced In-game Cash merchant Substantial Energy rep boost Observed (C-Level)
Yoga Man World 2 (Post-5B Studs) World 2 Trainer Merchant Elite World 2 Energy training boost Observed (C-Level)

3. Where to Find Trainer Merchants

Unlike the Ball Shop (which sits near the starting runway), Trainer merchants are located adjacent to the training station zones:

  1. Look near the tiered training circles in the main lobby.
  2. Trainer merchants stand beside equipment racks where you can preview their Energy boost before purchasing with in-game Cash.
  3. When you unlock World 2 by kicking past the 5 Billion Studs runway threshold, search near the World 2 training zone for advanced coaches like Yoga Man.

4. Dual Gear Setup: Balls vs Trainers

Feature Soccer Ball (/balls) Trainer (/trainers)
Equip Slot Main Hand Equipment Companion NPC Slot
Primary Stat Cash Multiplier & Luck Energy per Training Rep
Where It Matters Runway kick race Training stations
Upgrade Priority When eggs or gear feel expensive When station progress feels too slow

✅ DO: Always equip your best Trainer before going AFK on a training station.
❌ DON'T: Confuse Special Training Machines (Robux shop upgrades) with in-game Trainer companions.
