Press Jump (Space on PC). Training is automated while standing on the station, so jumping is the intended way to step off.
The Ball Shop is located near the spawn area adjacent to the kick runway. If you have trouble finding it, look for the soccer ball merchant circle near the starting line.
Rebirth resets your current Energy and training speed, but your equipped pets, soccer balls, and trainers are fully retained. You also receive permanent Energy training multipliers and free wheel spins.
